Phyllis June Angelo, 83, formerly of Morrisonville, died at 8:35 p.m. on Sunday, June 30, 2019, at her residence in Longwood, FL.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, at Morrisonville Cemetery with Rev. Dayle Badman officiating. Perfetti-Assalley Funeral Home in Morrisonville is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mrs. Angelo was born on July 15, 1935, to Clarence N. and Amy Alice (Jenkins) Smith. She married Vincent Angelo in Orlando, FL, and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Angelo graduated from Morrisonville High School in 1953. She went on to become a bookkeeper for many businesses in the Orlando, FL, area, and had an in-home tax preparation business that she operated for many years. Mrs. Angelo enjoyed spending her free time in the outdoors, and especially enjoyed bird watching. She was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church.

Mrs. Angelo is survived by her sister, Carrol N. Paulson of Madison, WI; sister-in-law, Alberta Smith of Morrisonville; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul W. Smith; sister, Marian A. Keith; and brother-in-law, LaVerne O. Paulson.
