Randal D. Stock, 60, of Lynn Center, died on Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Galesburg.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd. in East Moline. Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd. in East Moline assisted the family with arrangements.
Mr. Stock was born on April 22, 1961, in Merced, CA, the son of William and Janet (Hostens) Stock. He married Amy (Dahler) Thunhorst on Nov. 27, 2009, in Galva. Mr. Stock retired from Lift Systems Inc., of East Moline, after 39 years of service. He was a loving husband, father, and papa. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing with his grandchildren, fishing, watching red tail hawks and wolves.
Mr. Stock is survived by his wife; children, Sarah Siefert (Joe Phelps, fiancee) of Du Quoin, Kyle (Jenny) Thunhorst of Woodhull and Taylor (Raven) Fuhr of Rock Island; grandchildren, Gavin, Noah, Aly, Troy, Landon, Gage, Xavier, Quintin, and one on the way; and two step-brothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, George Miller; and sister, Laurie Decker.
