Regina Mae (Donovan) Snyder, 100, of Hillsboro, died on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022.
A private family interment will be held. Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro is assisting the family.
Mrs. Snyder was born Nov. 25, 1921, in Assumption, to Otis and Corinne Donovan. She married Lloyd E. Snyder, Jr. on Oct. 11, 1945, in Decatur, and he preceded her in death.
She attended business school in Chicago and worked as a bookkeeper and secretary for 46 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed crossword puzzles, scrapbooking and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Snyder is survived by her sons, James (wife Nancy) Snyder of Butler and Steve Snyder of Lakewood, CO; and grandchildren, Andrew (wife Jessica Kong) Snyder of Chicago, Laura Snyder of Littleton, CO, and Amber Snyder of Denver, CO.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Donald Otis Donovan; and daughter, Toni Jean Snyder.
Memorials may be directed to Paws Care of Montgomery County or a no kill animal shelter of the donor’s choice.
