Richard Weller, 67, of Long Creek, died Sunday, Aug. 9, 2020, near Elwin, as a result of a motorcycle accident.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, Aug. 19, beginning at 3 p.m. in Mt. Zion Cemetery on 21st Avenue (Nokomis Raymond road). Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis is assisting the family.
Mr. Weller was born Feb. 8, 1953, in Hillsboro, the son of the late Robert and Elaine (Rogers) Weller.
The owner and operator of Long Creek Diesel, he was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Nokomis.
He is survived by his sister, Candy (Fred) Sims of Witt; and brothers, Randy (Kathy Daniels) Weller of Hillsboro and Russ (Lori Mangold) of Edinburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
