Robert Armstead Dobyns, Jr., 77, of Virden, died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2002, at Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Virden.
No services are planned at this time. Hough Funeral Home in Raymond is assisting the family.
Mr. Armstead Dobyns was born Oct. 7, 1943, in Chattanooga, TN, the son of Robert Armstead, Sr. and Azilee Crabtree Dobyns. He married Judy Greer in June 2007 and she survives.
Mr. Armstead Dobyns worked in the hotel and convention industry in the greater Houston, TX area, most recently for Westin Hotels.
In addition to his spouse, he is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Dobyns-Driver, and brother, William Dobyns, both of Texas.
