Robert D. McKinney, 74, of Vandalia, formerly of Ramsey, died Monday, Dec. 9, 2019, at Vandalia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Per his wishes, cremation rites were accorded. No services are planned at this time. Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McKinney was born June 9, 1945, in Moweaqua, the son of Clarence Edward and Mabel Gertrude (Ballard) McKinney.
He was a retired auctioneer.
Mr. McKinney is survived by sons, David McKinney of Lake View, NY and Michael McKinney of Nokomis; sister, Helen Lawyer of Taylorville; and fiancee, Sonja Gabbert of Greenville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
