Robert E. Codemo, 89, of Nokomis, died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020, at 11:51 a.m. in Pana Community Hospital in Pana.
No services are planned. Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis is assisting the family.
Mr. Codemo was born Sept. 7, 1930, in Hillsboro, the son of Frank and Louise (Fournier) Codemo.
He was in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He retired from CIPS in Coffeen.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Codemo of Nokomis; daughters, Roberta L. Codemo of Springfield and Vicki L. (Anton) Loskot of Nokomis; son, Kevin (Ronda) Codemo of Normal; grandchildren, Jake (Lauren) Codemo, Lainee Loskot and Addyson Loskot; great-grandchildren, Presley, Blakeley and Whitley Codemo; and sisters, Rosella Silcox of Urbana and Katherine Jones of Colorado.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Frances Cavinder.
Memorials may be made to the American Legion.
