Robert W. Hoog, 57, of Staunton, died on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Private graveside services will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Staunton. Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton is assisting the family.
Mr. Hoog was born Aug. 11, 1962, in Staunton, to Vincent "Jock" and Marilyn Hoog. He married Deborah Duda on July 31, 2001, in Key West, FL, and she survives.
During his career, he served as a laborer at Granite City Steel.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Hoog is survived by his daughters, Rachel (Ed) Reitmeyer and Tiffany (Adam Durbin) Hoog of Staunton; four grandchildren, Taylor Loveless, Reese Hoog, Zoe Durbin and Colton Reitmeyer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
