Roberta Delilah Miller, 97, of Mt. Olive, died on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, at the Staunton Health and Rehab in Staunton.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m  to 10:45 a.m. at Lesicko Funeral Home, located at 271 N. Second St. in Livingston. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, at 11 a.m. at the Lesicko Funeral Home located in Livingston, with Pastor Thomas Brewer officiating. Burial will be in the New Douglas Cemetery in New Douglas.

Mrs. Miller was born on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 1926, in Litchfield. Mrs. Miller was the daughter of Walter D. and Emma B. (Bilyeu) Griffith. She was married to Walter E. Miller on Nov. 14, 1953 at the Grantfork United Church of Christ in Grantfork, and he preceded her in death on Thursday, June 6, 1996.

Mrs. Miller was a homemaker and along with her husband operated Miller Brothers Farm and Fertilizer in Walshville. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Staunton and was a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary in New Douglas.

Her greatest joy was her family and she cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her two daughters, Marilyn (Sam) Pastrovich of Litchfield and Marla McCann of Staunton; five grandchildren, Erin (Keith) Linnenbringer of Clayton,  Ryan (Sarah) Pastrovich of Oak Park, Eric (Leah) Pastrovich of Walshville, Matthew (Stacey) McCann of Glen Carbon and Chad (Melissa) McCann of Maplewood,MO; eight great-grandchildren, Claire Linnenbringer, Nathaniel Linnenbringer, Parker Pastrovich, Arlo Pastrovich, Sailor Pastrovich, Evie Pastrovich, Thea McCann and Ellis McCann; and brother Dale Griffith of New Douglas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and sister-in-law Darlene Griffith.
