Samantha Kate LaPradd, 23, of Hillsboro, formerly of Litchfield, died Thursday, May 16, 2019.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 19, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Graveside services will be held Monday, May 20, at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Nokomis, with Father Pete Fox officiating.
Ms. LaPradd was born Nov. 28, 1995, in Hanau, Germany.
A 2014 graduate of Belleville High School, she was a medical student at MTI in Springfield, and was scheduled to graduate in two weeks.
She is survived by her significant other, Austin Milanos of Hillsboro; son Carter Joseph William Milanos of Hillsboro; mother, Cisy (Jeff) Thielemann of Litchfield; father, David (Jody) LaPradd of Texas; one sister, Sarah-Ann Fox of Woodbridge, VA; and one nephew, Auden Ryder Helmes.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, John J. Newman; grandparents, Jeri Fox and Duane Fox; and one cousin, Shana Jaros.
