Shirley Ann Smith, 83, of Carlinville, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, at Hallmark Healthcare in Carlinville.
Graveside services will be held at a later date. Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville is assisting the family.
Mrs. Smith was born May 1, 1936, in Plainview, to Myron "Dusty" and Clara (Freytag) Little. She married Orville E. Smith on June 13, 1954, in Carlinville, and he survives.
She attended Carlinville schools. She was a homemaker who raised her two sons, and loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Randy Smith of Virden and Curtis Smith of Carlinville; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, JoAnn Logsdon of Raymond; two brothers, Bob Little of TX and Gary Little of Olympia, WA; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Little.
