Steven Keith Manley, 67, of Staunton, died on Monday, June 3, 2019, at 1:15 p.m. at his residence.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 6, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Kravanya Funeral Home in Benld. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 7, beginning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor David Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Riggin Reed Cemetery in Troy.

Mr. Manley was born Jan. 19, 1952, in Vandalia, to Raymond Jesse and Mamie Pauline (Ward) Manley. He married Frances "Fran" I. (Cline) Manley on March 13, 1970, in Carlinville, and she survives.

He retired after working as a steel worker for Laclede Steel Co. in Vandalia.

Mr. Manley served as the former governor of Mooseheart in Litchfield, and was a member of the Concordia Society, Staunton Lions Club and Staunton Sportsmans Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Vicki (Todd) Teetor, David Manley, both of Staunton, Susan (Darren) Olliges of Highland and Stephanie (Alec) Lebro of Bunker Hill; grandchildren, Heather Schmidt, Joshua and Ethan Manley, Nathan, Jeffrey and Hannah Teetor, Nikki Caulk, Breanna Hosto, Alec Jr., Steven, Collin and Corey Lebro, Keyshawn Johnson and Kylie Olliges; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Phyllis (John) Porter of Breese; sister-in-law, Doris Knop of Staunton; brother-in-law, Dennis (Brenda) Cline of Litchfield; and childhood friends, Ron and Debbie Masinelli.

Mr. Manley was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, David Manley, II; father and mother-in-law, Harold and Nellie Cline; brother, Robert Blunt; sister-in-law, Melba Blunt; brother-in-law, Harold Cline; nephew, James Porter; and great-nephew, Jimmy Porter.
