Susan Kathleen (Towell) Williams, 57, of Litchfield, died at her home on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
Funeral services will be private, with burial at Edgewood Cemetery in Litchfield. Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Williams was born on July 9, 1962, in Litchfield, to Rosalie and Bob Towell. A Litchfield High School graduate, she married James Gregory Williams on Feb. 14, 2000, and he survives.
Mrs. Williams worked for the United States Postal Service for 18 years and was employed at Walmart and Denmar Trucking for a number of years prior to her employment with the USPS.
She was a member of Union Avenue Christian Church of Litchfield and was an election judge for the South Litchfield precinct.
Mrs. Williams enjoyed cooking, vacationing to the ocean and mountains and spending time outdoors with her family. She had a strong appreciation for nature and animals.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Haley Marie Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Gloria Jean Rhoads.
