Tammy Jean Logsdon, 59, of Litchfield died on Sunday evening, Aug. 27, 2023, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 31, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Litchfield Family Funeral Service, located at 700 South State in Litchfield. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 1, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Elm Lawn Cemetery in Litchfield.
Mrs. Logsdon was born April 29, 1964, in Litchfield, a daughter of Carl and Jean Hofmann-Curto.
She graduated from Litchfield High School with the class of 1982.
Mrs. Logsdon is described by her family and friends as “a creative soul who infused her warmth, love, and kindness in every aspect of her life.” She enjoyed crafting, crocheting and refinishing furniture, while accompanied by her two cats. Always the driver, she enjoyed taking trips with her mom and sisters. In her role as a mother, daughter and grandmother she was loving, caring and funny. She will be missed by all those who knew her.
Mrs. Logsdon is survived by her mother, Jean Curto of Litchfield; her children, daughter Katherine Logsdon of Litchfield and sons Brian Logsdon and Jeremy (Katelyn) Pattillo, both of Litchfield; seven grandchildren; sisters, Laurie Birkenkamp and Carla Halbe, both of Litchfield; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
