Terri Marie Peterson, 66, of Raymond, died on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021, at 3:05 a.m. at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
No public services will be held. Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie is assisting the family.
Mrs. Peterson was born July 22, 1954, in Alton, to Trudeau and Betty (Becholdt) Stratton. She married Douglas Peterson, and he survives.
She was a homemaker and member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Gillespie.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Peterson is survived by her children, James (Vicki) Turner of Hamel, Shane (fiancee Erin Cassidy) Turner of Sterling and Angela (Michael) Benavidez of Cheyenne, WY; grandchildren, Jesse Turner, Corey Turner, Brianna Bookstaver, Bailey Turner and John Benavidez; and brother, Robert Stratton of Gillespie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, John Stratton and Thomas Stratton.
