Thanks, Dennis Held, For Saving The Day

I would like to publicly thank Mr. Dennis Held for saving the day.

My 30-year-old deep freeze, filled with food, recently had operational issues. After calling Springfield vendors and checking online, it was obvious there were no replacement freezers available.

My brother recommended calling Mr. Held. I did that on a very hot Saturday morning and learned they had one chest freezer left. We discussed the dimensions since it was larger than my current freezer, and I determined it would fit my space.

I purchased the larger freezer and within two hours Mr. Held delivered and installed the new one. In addition, he took the old one for recycling.

I am grateful for Mr. Held’s attention to my dilemma and thank him generously for his prompt response.
