Three Face Felonies In Friday Meth Bust

Three people face felony charges after a drug bust by the Litchfield Police Department on Friday evening, Feb. 7.

Thomas W. Srygler, 36 of Litchfield, was charged with possession with intent to deliver 5-15 grams of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance, Jacob A. Robinson, 26, of Hillsboro, was charged with possession of less than five grams of meth and obstruction of justice, and Shirley Johnston, 53, of Litchfield, was charged with possession of less than five grams of meth and unlawful use of property.

The arrests came after the Litchfield Police Department executed a search warrant in the 400 block of South Jackson Street in Litchfield at 5:38 p.m. Friday.  Litchfield police were assisted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the South Central Illinois Drug Task Force in the investigation.
