Vicki Lynn (Reiher) Rosenthal Foiles, 70, of Raymond died on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at her home.
Private family services will be held on Tuesday, April 21, with burial at St. Raymond Catholic Cemetery. A public service will be held at a later date. Hough Funeral Home in Raymond is assisting the family.
Mrs. Foiles was born on Sept. 6, 1949, in Carlinville, to Harold H. and Wanda J. Caudle Reiher. She married Dennis Vinson, which ended in divorce. She later married Thomas Rosenthal on Feb. 14, 1987, in Harvel and he preceded her in death. She then married Nathan Foiles on Dec. 20, 2003, in Bunker Hill, he survives.
She worked for Horace Mann in Springfield and Raymond Ford in Raymond, in addition to being homemaker and a grammy. Her family remembers her as a friend to many who was always ready to help no matter what the task. Mrs. Foiles was a supporter of her community and school along with the Montgomery County Breast Cancer Support Group. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, embroidery work and special projects.
Mrs. Foiles is survived by her children, Kyle (Sarah) Vinson of Whitefish Bay, WI, Blake (Katie) Vinson of Milwaukee, WI, Sean (Crystal) Vinson of Litchfield and Kayla (Adam) Pennock of Litchfield; step-children, Brian (Caress) Foiles of Carlinville, Todd (Shawndra) Foiles of Carlinville, Tessa (Jack) Cameron of Shipman and Marcus (Melanie) Foiles of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Hannah, Paige, Emily, Jaxon, Olivia, Devin, Keegan, Taryn, Ryan, A.J., Connor, Jace, Josie, Joe, Taylor, Caylee, Max, Miles, Katie, Julie, Damon, Ashlee, and Nathan; great-grandchildren, Channing, Avery, Ellie and Thomas; brother, Ronnie Joe Reiher of Carlinville; and sister, Jana Wofford.
