Victoria Lynn (Edsall) Gallion, 76, of Donnellson, died on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at home, surrounded by her family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 14, from 4 to 7 p.m.at Hough-Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 15, at 10 a.m., at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Valhalla Gardens in Belleville.
Mrs. Gallion was born on Aug. 3, 1949, to George D. and Pearl L. (Scheibel) Edsall, in East St. Louis.
A graduate of both East St. Louis Senior High and Trends Beauty School in Collinsville, she married Jimmy L. Gallion on March 14, 1969, at Lansdowne Church of Christ in East St. Louis. Together, they raised three sons, James, Jerry and Jeremy. As a beautician, she appreciated the flexibility her career offered, as her family was her greatest priority. She made sure she always had her make-up on, enjoyed shopping for clothes and she meant what she said. She was a member of Ramsey Christian Church and of Job’s Daughters.
Mrs. Gallion is survived by her husband, Jimmy Gallion of Donnellson; sons, James Gallion of Ramsey, Jerry (Kelly) Gallion of Polo, MO, and Jeremy (Kim) Gallion of Demotte, IN; grandchildren, Cheyenne (Tyler) Huber, Jakob Gallion, Jerek (Caileigh) Gallion, Kelsey Gallion and David Hughes; and great-grandchild, Sophie Ray Gallion.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law, Sue Gallion; and brother, Richard Edsall.
