The Illinois EPA Bureau of Water is holding public meeting on Aug. 6 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. If you are concerned about the water quality in Lake Lou Yaeger, this meeting should be of interest to you.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for the public to receive information and comment on the draft report concerning how to lower the impairments of phosphorus and suspended solids in the Lake Lou Yaeger Watershed.

You may connect to the meeting by computer or telephone. You can log in or call in beginning at 9:45 a.m. You will be muted upon entry into the meeting. There will be a brief introduction by IEPA followed by a PowerPoint presentation CDM Smith. Public comments will follow.

An audio connection is required. The best option for connecting is to use the “call me” option. From the “select audio connection,” drop down, and select “call me, then input or select your telephone number.

You will be prompted to enter your attendee I.D. number. You do not need to enter a number; just press the pound sign.
