Ruth “Lou” L. (Perkins) Webb, 56, of Litchfield, died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024, in Litchfield.
A celebration of life for Mrs. Webb will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Webb was born Oct. 7, 1967, in Litchfield, to her parents, the late Lloyd and Ruth Nellie (Hamilton) Perkins. She married Robert Webb and they later divorced.
Mrs. Webb graduated from Litchfield High School and had perfect attendance throughout all 12 years. She went on to become a pharmacy technician, as well as work at local restaurants and gas stations.
She was a happy, go-lucky person who was full of life and all it had to offer. She loved her grandkids so much and adored her son, Ryan.
Mrs. Webb is survived by her fiancé, James Shaw of Litchfield; son Ryan (Britney Jo) Webb of Litchfield; grandchildren, Lilly and Natleh Webb, or more affectionately known as Lilly-Bugg and Nattie-Bugg; and siblings Lloyd, Roger and Andy Perkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Gary “Hickey” Hicks.
