Wesley Allen Wilhelm, 65, of Peoria, died on Monday, March 2, 2020, at 1:15 a.m. at Health Care Willows.
Cremation rites will be accorded by Lincoln Land Cremation Society in Springfield.
Mr. Wilhelm was born Aug. 13, 1954, in Effingham, to Richard and Minnie (McFadden) Wilhelm, Sr.
During his career, he served as cook for “Big Boys” in St. Louis for years. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing.
Mr. Wilhelm is survived by his sons, Kenneth and Tristain Wilhelm; daughter, Jennifer Johnson; three siblings, Calvin (wife Sally) McFadden of Coffeen, David (wife Vicky) Wilhelm of Sorento and Richard (wife Cindy) Wilhelm, Jr. of Irving; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Brenda Leach.
