Joyce Ann Meier of Lake Stevens, WA, formerly of Litchfield, died on Oct. 13, 2025, at the age of 76.

A celebration of life will be held on Jan. 3, 2026, at 1 p.m. at The Mill, located at 1808 Main St., in downtown Lake Stevens, WA, where family and friends will come together in good company to share stories, laughter and love as they honor her memory.

Ms. Meier loved spending her days enjoying one of her many hobbies. She loved to cook, bake and garden. She created holiday traditions with her grandchildren by baking cookies and sweet treats each Christmas. A lover of music and the arts, she attended many plays and concerts and was known to get up and dance wherever she was if a song she loved came on.

She enjoyed life to the fullest, never passing up a good time with family and friends and she was known to raise a glass, especially to a good tequila shot. She had a big heart, full of love for her family, friends, sweet golden retrievers and community. She was giving and supportive, always happy to volunteer her time, most recently at the food bank, guild and hospital gift shop.

Ms. Meier will be dearly missed by all who loved her and had the chance to know her. Her bright smile, warm laugh and tight hugs will never be forgotten, and forever cherished.

She is survived by her sister, Marilynn (the late Bob) Schoknecht; daughter, Stephanie (Jay) DeNoma; son, Keith  (Megan) Eidson; and grandchildren, Olivia, Holly, Keith Jr., and Gavin. Ms. Meier was preceded in death by her parents, Polly and Clarence Meier.
