Rosemary Joyce Billiter, 81, of Litchfield, died on Monday, Dec. 30, 2019.
Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 4, beginning at 11 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Litchfield with the Rev. Gary Schwab, of the First Presbyterian Church of Litchfield, officiating. There will be a procession line to the cemetery, with family and friends gathering at 10:45 a.m.
Mrs. Billiter was born Jan. 19, 1938, in Litchfield, to James Vincent and Velma (Bouillon) Fudoli. She married Dr. Dennis Ross Billiter on Dec. 27, 1959, at Union Avenue Christian Church in Litchfield, and he survives.
She graduated from Litchfield High School with the class of 1956, and went on to receive her bachelor's degree in education at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.
During her career, Mrs. Billiter served as an office manager for her husband.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Robert (Charlene) Billiter of Raleigh-Durham, NC; daughter, Amy (Kevin) Bray of Cedar Park, TX; and five grandchildren, Steven, Evan and Braden Billiter and Samuel and Kayelyn Bray.
Mrs. Billiter was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Andrew James Billiter; and brother, James Vincent Fudoli, II.
