William “Bill” E. Hill, 66, of Coffeen, died Wednesday, May 12, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 15, at 11 a.m. in Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore with the Rev. Michael Plummer officiating. Friends and family may gather at 10:45 a.m. at the cemetery. Miller Funeral Home in Fillmore is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hill was born Sept. 7, 1954, in Hillsboro, the son of Sollie Lee and Opal M. (Jones) Hill Lawrence. He was a retired farmer/mechanic, as well as an amateur radio operator.
In addition to his mother, Opal Lawrence of Hillsboro, he is survived by daughters, Heidi (Jason) Miles of Fillmore and Heather (Jay) Greenwood of Coffeen; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Hill.
Memorials may be made to the Fillmore Baptist Church.
