Frances Denise Knetzer, 55, of Witt, formerly of Hillsboro, died at 5:10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015, at her residence.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 2, at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, at the funeral home with the Rev. Randy Sands, pastor of the Free Methodist Church in Hillsboro, officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Hillsboro.
Mrs. Knetzer was born in St. Louis on Sept. 4, 1959, the daughter of the late Bedford J. and Frances E. (O'Keefe) Billington. She married Kenneth L. Knetzer, Sr. in Hillsboro on April 5, 1991, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 2012.
She lived in Hillsboro and Witt during her lifetime and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1977. She earned an associate degree from Sanford-Brown Business College, was an executive purchaser for Sierra International, Inc. in Litchfield and a member of the Free Methodist Church in Hillsboro.
Mrs. Knetzer is survived by her children, Rusty (wife Mary) Wagner of Arnold, MO, and Leslie D. (husband Randy) Staley of Litchfield, Shawn (Patricia) Knetzer of Springfield, Kenneth Knetzer of Hillsboro and Scott Knetzer of Boise, ID; 14 grandchildren; and siblings, Connie Shryock of Coffeen, Sandra Kershaw and Joan Lovell, both of Hillsboro, Dan Billington of Nashville, TN, Deana Moroney of Girard, Dave Billington and Jeff Billington, both of Hillsboro.
