Judith K. Carriker, 74, of Springfield, formerly of Witt, died on Friday, April 22, 2016, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26, at the Witt United Methodist Church with burial in Witt Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Witt is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Carriker was born on April 30, 1941, in Litchfield, a daughter of the late Everett and Velma (Grounds) Carriker.
She had a bachelor's of science in education and was a member of the NEA, IEA and A&L.
She was a retired school teacher and a member of the Methodist faith.
Ms. Carriker is survived by nieces and nephews Steven Hutchins, David (Patty) Hutchins, Vicki (Bob) Tipsword, Susan Santisevan, Terri (Greg) Stratton, Joetta (Steve) Burris, Tricia (Ernie) Kierbach, Kirk (Pam) Lentz, Lisa (Mike) McCone, Kim (Jim) Mussillo, and Heather Lentz (Darryl Hymes).
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Vivian Hutchins, Marylee Lentz and Patricia Carriker.
Memorials may be made to the Witt United Methodist Church or the Salvation Army.
