Louise K. Singler, 91, of Irving died at 7:25 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Montgomery County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church in Nokomis with Father Dan Willenborg officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Nokomis.

Mrs. Singler was born in Audubon Township on Dec. 7, 1920, the daughter of the late John and Bertha (Epley) Wolf. She married Troy G. Singler in Nokomis on April 18, 1945, and he preceded her in death on Nov. 19, 1991.

A farmwife and beautician, she was a member of the St. Louis Catholic Church in Nokomis and the National Catholic Order of Foresters.

Mrs. Singler is survived by her children, Martha (husband Leo) Murray of Irving, Ron (wife Fran) Singler of Witt and Randy (wife Diane) Singler of Irving; grandchildren, Paula Murray, Kurt (wife Sandy) Murray, Dana Murray, Sarah (husband Josh) Lehmen, Kate Singler, Adam Singler, David (wife Janey) Stark, Miranda Singler and Shelley Singler; and five great-grandchildren.
