William Robert "Bill" Guinn, 77, of Donnellson died at 8:11 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2015, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, July 24, at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Ed Fogle of Litchfield officiating.
Mr. Guinn was born in Schram City on July 11, 1938, the son of the late Stanley and Josephine (Adams) Guinn. He married Pamela K. Elam in Hillsboro on March 31, 1995, and she survives in Donnellson.
He graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1956 and lived in Taylor Springs and Donnellson during his lifetime. He was a retired business manager for Laborer's Local 1084 of Hillsboro.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Guinn is survived by one son, William R. "Will" (wife Nicole) Guinn of Panama; a grandson to arrive in October 2015; brother, Gene (wife Gretchen) Guinn of Litchfield; and sister, Sandy (husband Charles) Watson of Hillsboro.
He was preceded in death by a stepson, David Guinn.
Memorials may be made to the Taylor Springs Volunteer Fire Department.
