Patricia Anne Ritchie, 95, of Litchfield, died on Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020, at her residence.
A private Celebration of Life service will be conducted. Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield is assisting the family.
Mrs. Ritchie was born May 2, 1925, in Litchfield, the only child of Flint and Anne Ahern. She married Mack Ritchie in 1947, and he preceded her in death in 2008.
She and her husband were born four days apart, lived two houses apart, went to the same Litchfield schools together and knew each other their entire lives. Following their marriage, the couple moved to Florida where they raised two sons. They returned to Litchfield in the late 1980s.
Mrs. Ritchie was an accomplished artist and very active in Litchfield community activities. She was a benefactor of Walton Park, where a trust was established for its’ improvement. She was a lifelong member of the Lutheran faith and a member of PEO.
She is survived by her sons, Andrew (wife Pam) Ritchie of Litchfield and Thomas (wife Paulette) Ritchie of Floral City, FL; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
